Subscriptions and automatic renewal
E—BRIN subscriptions are charged monthly at the recurring price disclosed before Checkout and automatically renew each month until canceled. There is no free trial unless one is expressly shown before purchase. Taxes, if applicable, are displayed during Checkout.
How to cancel
Open Billing while signed in, select the Customer Portal, and choose cancellation. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period unless Checkout expressly states otherwise. You will not be charged for the next renewal after a timely cancellation. Support can assist if the self-service portal is unavailable, subject to account verification.
Subscription refunds
Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. E—BRIN will review duplicate or unauthorized charges, technical billing errors, and cases where the paid service was materially unavailable. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current period.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases that add the disclosed number of E—BRIN credits to an eligible account. Except where required by law, pack purchases are final once credits are granted or used. Duplicate or unauthorized purchases and technical fulfillment errors may be reviewed. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
Failed generations
If a generation fails without delivering a usable asset, the application is designed to restore reserved E—BRIN credits exactly once. This is a service-credit restoration, not a cash refund. A completed or delivered generation is not automatically eligible for restoration merely because its creative result does not match subjective preferences.
How to request review
Contact Support with the account email, date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not send complete payment-card numbers or credentials. Any non-waivable cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer law remain available.
Review process and timing
E—BRIN acknowledges a submitted billing case without undue delay, targets an initial review within 2 business days, and ordinarily targets a decision within 7 business days. Fraud, chargeback, identity, provider, or bank investigations may require up to 30 days or the period set by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the customer's bank controls final posting time. Automated systems may classify evidence and recommend a result, but a human must approve a refund denial, legal exception, or irreversible entitlement adjustment.
Credit adjustments after a refund
When a credit-pack payment is refunded or disputed, E—BRIN may remove the corresponding unused credits proportionally and exactly once. Credits already consumed may be considered when evaluating eligibility, except where applicable law requires a different result. The system records the payment event and ledger adjustment to prevent duplicate deductions.
